We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, creative, and goal driven individuals to support various events and programs as workshop facilitators. Apply to volunteer here.

Program Support Specialist

Location: DMV Area | Hybrid Engagement
Time Commitment: 5–6 Hours Per Month
Ideal For: College Students & Graduate Students (Nonprofit, Public Admin, Social Work, Education, Business, Communications)


Make an Impact Behind the Scenes


Are you passionate about youth empowerment and looking to gain hands-on nonprofit experience?


Our Program Support Specialist supports the coordination and delivery of programs that serve students in grades 5–12 through leadership development, financial literacy, college & career readiness, and life‑skills training.


This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience while making a direct difference in the lives of young people.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain member database using Salesforce
• Create and manage program registrations in Jotform
• Coordinate communications with guest speakers & vendors
• Assist with program evaluation and reporting
• Support program events and workshops
• Research funding and partnership opportunities
• Meet with leadership to review program operations


What You’ll Gain

• Training in CRM systems & event coordination

• Networking with community leaders
• Opportunity for expanded leadership roles


Ideal Candidate

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Passionate about youth and community impact
• Local to the DMV area


Education/Experience

High School Diploma required
College students or recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
Volunteer or nonprofit experience preferred
